Eastward – 25 Mins of Exclusive Gameplay

A few games made an impression on me during the latest Nintendo Indie World Showcase, and Eastward was the one that got me most excited. Eastward the upcoming pixel-art adventure game from developer Pixpil and publisher Chucklefish is an adventure game with RPG elements, set in a beautifully detailed decaying world. Let's take a look at some gameplay to see what we can expect from it. 

The characters are lovely, and the music is fantastic. You can see the inspiration from beloved series like The Legend of Zelda and Earthbound. That racing part at the end looks so fun! After watching this, I can't wait to play this game. Eastward comes out on September 16th for Nintendo Switch and PC.
