The Dig - A Video Game Collab Between George Lucas and Steven Spielberg

Can you imagine a video game collaboration between George Lucas and Steven Spielberg? Well you don't have to because that game does exist and it's called The Dig. Released in 1995 by LucasArts, The Dig is a science fiction point-and-click game based on a story idea by Steven Spielberg. Your mission is to save Earth from an asteroid. How? By landing on it and planting explosives. However, as you explore this object from space, you realize that all is not what it seems. You will encounter aliens, talk of the universe, space travel, and much more. Of course, if you don't already know, George Lucas and Steven Spielberg have been lifelong friends, each helping the other with major projects such as in Star Wars and Close Encounters of the Third Kind. One can easily tell that both of these industry giants had a major influence in this old school PC and Macintosh game. Watch this video by PC Gamer which goes more in depth about this cool game.
