SEGA IKEBUKURO GiGO Closing

A sad day for arcade lovers, after almost 30 years of service, SEGA’s renowned Ikebukuro GiGO arcade has closed its doors forever. In this video from YouTube channel, メダるず medaaaals in Japan shows a crowd of fans paying their respects to one of Tokyo’s longest-running and most popular coin-op centers. I hoped to see this place in person one day, but I suppose I will have to live vicariously through Yakuza games. The SEGA venue closed its doors and hit the lights for the last time on September 20th.
